Prone Hip Extension

Prone Hip Extension 

Place your foot through one of the handles of the resistance band. Begin this exercise in a table pose while holding the other end of the band. Extend the leg attached to the band and place your toes on the floor. Raise and lower your foot while keeping your hips parallel to the floor and your leg straight.
