Here are 23 FREE workouts! These are the workouts I personally did to strengthen and help rehabilitate my body after giving birth to baby #3. You can follow these whenever you are ready to begin working out after delivering your baby whether that is 6 weeks postpartum or 6 months postpartum.
The first 7 workouts were broadcast live which means plenty of unscripted toddler moments. Starting at workout #8 though, production becomes much better so feel free to begin there if you prefer to have a timer onscreen as well as previews of the next exercise.
Work at your own pace. Keep in mind that the goal is to introduce more movement to your body, not to push yourself to the point of pain.
